The friendly staff, though mainly Portuguese-speaking, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, utilizing translation apps to bridge any communication gap. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness truly made us feel at home in this foreign land. Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the metro, exploring the city's attractions like MASP Sao Paulo was a breeze. And after a day of sightseeing, unwinding by the rooftop pool while soaking in the breathtaking city views was an absolute delight.
